It's been a while, huh? well I come back from the dead to give y'all an update regarding TCoC HD:

What happened during these last 8 months?

Since the release of Ace Attorney Turnabout Creator, progress regarding this game has been barely done due to lack of manpower and AATC still lacking a lot of things. That's why I decided to put TCoC HD on hold and started a new game called The Contempt of Court: Refined Edition, which I started working on it on july 30th of this year.

The Contempt of Court: Refined Edition

Unlike TCoC HD, TCoC:RE will be done in PyWright, the same case maker TCoC uses, and it will feature a refined OST, SFXs, writing, smooth transitions and improved art to match today's fangames. In other words, give TCoC a second life.

Progress regarding TCoC:RE has been HUGE compared to TCoC HD. Most of that progress has been in editing the art the game uses (characters, evidence) and the rest on the script side. And depending on how fast I work, the first case should be out in late 2025 or early 2026. Take this with a grain of salt however as I can't promise anything.

I owe all of you an apology

I'm sorry I wasn't as active as I should've (especially when I started working on TCoC:RE), but hopefully in the near future I can.
