So I attempted to get the file size even lower and now the uncompressed file size is around 4Gb but the compressed file is still at 2.8Gb and I really doubt that I could drop another 800MB unless I changed the map. Hopefully gamejolt will reply quickly to help get this sorted out.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
Regular exercise is key for healthy wings.
