UPDATE NOTICE!

Version 1.1.0: The Endless Mode Patch


PATCH NOTES

  • Fixed the Highscore bug. The problem was that the counters that are used to measure if the new score was higher than the original highscore DIDN'T RESET after the frame closed. So when it was time to ADD data into these counters, it would add onto the previous data, resulting in stacked data, causing highscores to be rewarded all over the place and sometimes not reward anything at all. But that's fixed now, so all should now work as intended.

  • Added a new option in the Game Over Endless screen, which allows you to instantly try again for a better highscore.

  • Added in new random events in Endless Mode

  • Removed the "POWER SURGE" event in Endless Mode. I had to do this when I saw that the Right Door opened during this random power surge, resulting in J.R., who was standing too close, to IMMEDIATELY attack me. That's such bogus, am I right?!?!?!?

  • Added in a Perspective Effect in the background of the Main Menu screen. I know, not that important, but I just thought it looked nice.

  • Some more bug fixes.

  • Added in the first parts of the Completion Certificate! (For now you can only type in the name displayed in the certificate, but in later updates I'll add features such as Type of certificate and Color theme. You can only gain this certificate when you retrieve all 7 toys.)
