Hey all!
First off, we at Cakebear's would like to thank you all for 100+ followers. This is a little late, since we have a schedule to maintain in terms of marketing, so don't expect follower milestone teasers or updates. There is only so much we can show before spoiling.
We've been working on story-related content as of late, since as of the page's announcement, the main nights have been complete. This is so that we always have something to show off.
By the way, we have an official Twitter account for shitposts and sometimes, lore implications. Check that out for some exclusive details from this guy:
Yeah, the big guy himself; Classy Baryonyx.
Outside of what's been shown, what is actually done?
Minigames, plenty of them. Here, you can get a glimpse into what the location was like during the day. A couple minigames are even remixes of ones from Five Nights at Freddy's 2, since they tie-in so well. However, there are some differences that you will see if you perform certain actions that may affect later minigames.
A fully playable run-through of Nights 1-5, everything is functional. The only thing to do is polish things up and make sure it is all balanced. So far, I have already got a favourite character and they tend to have a lot of creepy moments on the cameras.
Plenty of different mechanics to work with, the EMF for example is definitely a help with distinguishing who is a friend or foe. It could very much save your neck a ton.
Some cutscenes are functional.
Going forward, there is still a fair amount to do. While these things won't be shown off until the game is done, do expect to see the reason why this game may be a decent length whenever you find out what it may be. It will certainly come up in the exam.
More of the OST needs to be composed.
Most of the extra stuff, like the Custom Night functionality and the ending scenes are yet to be started. These are the focal areas, until testing begins. Getting the story stuff done first is important, since the gameplay is finished. One thing to know for certain, is that you have seen around half of the main cast for the game. There is more you will see around release, but for now the two newcomers will suffice.
Overall, the game is over halfway done, but there is not an exact percentage I can say exactly for now. I estimate it's somewhere around the 60 - 70% margin, maybe 75, I dunno.
Another trailer is planned to be in the works when its ready. Until then, keep the TV on.
