update to the minecrap resource pack (now referred as "continued art", still heavily work in progress) + faithful variant discontinued

minecrap (not "yar har fiddle-dee-dee"'d don't ritually sacrifice me game jolt) and descriptions
shall include a unnecessary .txt file inside alternative faithful as well unless i screwed up
the 3 soretro designs but "meet your lord" + undithered version because i thought the neck fur looked shit without it
updated the regular copper blocks
the rest such as chiseled and non-faithful were made through paint(dot)NET instead of pixlr editor
