Update v1.1.4

Read below for what changed! (It's pretty much just fixes.)


MENU

- The tutorial now plays at the start of a new game- you don't have to click it on the menu anymore.

- Added an intro screen similar to the one that is going to be seen in newer games.

- The Bestiary's progress bar looks better, I guess.

- The Bestiary now shows which entry you're on.

THE VOICE

- Added <NAME> to every message. (ex: messages from The Voice will appear as <THE VOICE>)

- Centered The Voice's messages (finally).

- Fixed a bug where one of the messages from The Voice would appear twice.

THE KEEPER

- Gave The Keeper an animation.

- Improved the Shop's art.

DIALOGUE

- Fixed dialogue to be more coherent and foreshadow-ish.

- Fixed grammatical errors.

MAP

- Fixed a bug where the Lock would open early? Maybe? Was it a bug? Idk

- Fixed the Lock particles.

- Changed the key's position slightly.

ETC

- Nerfed the second boss' health so you have a lessened chance of getting carpal tunnel.

- Changed secrets slightly.

In other news, the True Colors development is slow. I'm redoing a lot of sprites and such that I found to be... unsatisfactory. Like Ern's face, for instance. (That sounds rude). I've got a lot of stuff for Part 2 ready though, so now all I've got to do is program it. Yippee!

More progress on the new Color Coded project, inventory (woo hoo! no more coins at the top of the screen and keys in the bottom), as well as the new and improved shop menu.

(just found out theres a video button on gamejolt im dumb)
