Update 4.4
-Added a cursor shadow
-Added cursor shadow settings
-Made the blur quality setting save
-Fixed some blur related issues
-Removed arbitrary game settings
-Slightly optimized the cursor

-Added blur settings so those who want better performance while still having particles on can do so
-Added a small logo animation

-Fixed 4 player mode with 2 balls enabled bugs
-You can now make balls as small as 0.1 size
