Yes, the game is complete. Due to some life circumstances though the game hasn't released yet, but beta testing is being resumed and the game is planned to release this coming Friday or sometime during my winter break!

The Scratch Team has just recently updated their Terms of Service yesterday, letting you know they now have full permission to use your content to train AI models.
I just gained a heck load of motivation to finish the game. So if I stay motivated the game should be getting sent to beta testers by tomorrow.
