ohiii. Did I just release a little update for you typing gods? yes I did!

So what's new! Why did I push it now? Who is that manly shop keeper!?

Whats new you ask? Let's take a look shall we:

New gamemode: Bats. Bats will fly at you from all angles with random letter-faces. Hit the correct letter to catch said bat. The closer the bat is to your volunteer, the more mula you make! Too simple? The bats get faster and for reasons bewildered to me, reproduce faster too after seeing you squish their buddies. Strange creatures. A fun little side/mini game that'll earn you some big bucks!

Weapon buff. All previous weapon stats have been lowered. A tiny weeny typo of mine (placing + instead of -) made all weapons stronger then they should have been. Sorry if you really relied on weapons in the dungeon but...

+25 new and shiny weapons;

Stat upgrades from loot chests now actually do something;

A new unlock mechanic: you can unlock steel weapons from loot chests at a 8.3% (1:12 ratio) chance;

Change a few graphics here and there, most noticeable are the loot chests;

Speaking of which we now have 25 loot chests with a selection having fancy animations!

New music, new sound effects, new intro screen (woop), a few bug fixes that hopefully nobody noticed (UNLIMITED WEAPONS DEBUG OOPS) and lastly all old branches will no longer submit to the online highscore table

Why the sudden push?

I wasn't sure to upload this version due to it not being fully tested and it being pretty small on content. With that said, I will be gone for a week - meaning no content at all will be added. I understand I'm slow at adding content and even slower at releasing it but life sure knows how to get in the way and there's a lot of life unfortunately. I leave tomorrow and I'm hoping for nothing goes wrong, otherwise I am so sorry!

Why did the shopkeeper go bald?

Oh you were wanting an answer? Basically I first thought of using Tormund from a little show called Game of Thrones, in the game somehow. I pixelled him as best I thought I could and slapped him right bang in the shop. But an artists biggest critique is himself. I don't think he looks like Tormund and it wouldn't be fair on the actor to say it does. So instead of just telling people "uh he's just random", I can now say "oh that's my bald ginger bearded friend!". He seems to be happy with it, and I'm sure he'll hate me telling you this... soooo, secrets? ;)

A huge thank you once again. I know I keep saying thank you but honestly guys, seeing people participate in the highscores and having people playing the game is an amazing feeling. You all brighten up my day and I hope the game helps make your lives a little better.
