Updates :)


Alright guys and girls of GameJolt

I know I haven’t talked in a while about game development on Alone in Space. but have no fear! It’s still coming, but slower than I expected at first. I’m much busier this time of year with school and friends and such. Also, the breakage of my computer last week was a setback. I thought I would give you guys an update today on how stuff is going.

THINGS I’VE DONE RECENTLY:

-Redid lighting in many parts of the ship.

-Added a ton od new sound effects that were custom made by Aturax (Big thanks to him!)

-Put in new music.

-Added (basic) mechanic for the notes.

THINGS I STILL NEED TO DO:

~Finish spook scripting.

~Finish SFX integration.

~Improve note system.

~Create level transisitions.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.

Hello my space friends! Now I added a space background to the ship. I love that space look but I still feel like stuff is missing. The lighting on the ship needs some improvements I think. Please tell me your opinion!
