Good Morning Pilots!
This last week I have been going over (and over!) all of the feedback and comments you have left me. I have taken extensive notes and plotted out my plans of action on issues and errors that you have been reporting.
I will have another build coming soon with small bug fixes and UI tweaks.
The biggest suggestion I had was to get rid of the “Strafe” control and put in a “dodge” type action to escape enemy fire. I am currently working on a barrel roll control that will negate incoming damage but will also not allow the player to fire or lock on. I’m still tweaking it to feel right, so hopefully it will be implemented soon!
I have allocated some time to building the second level. I had put up some pics of the base level late last week and have since began populating it with the appropriate prefabs and new models. The core mechanics of the level play are working and I am now attempting to make the overall level feel full and ripe with stuff to blow up :) I’ll be posting more pics later this week or early next. I hope you find them interesting… (by all means, let me know what you think)
For now, I’ll be bouncing back and forth between dealing with any further errors you report and level 2 design/building.
