v0.0.4 is out

V0.0.4 is now live changes I can remember include:

1.the GUI recieved a few more tweaks, the look of it will change as I make my own 2d art.

3.1 Multiplayer

3.2 Story

3.3 other small stuff

more story
some 2d art in the form of main menu art and the beginning of my own GUI art and a better developer splash logo
some better models for a few things
