If you have been following me recently on Discord, you may exactly know that yes, I'm making a new version of Sonic J, which is 0.2.4.2. No, I don't know when it will release, I can't predict the future. Yes, it will have Super Tails. Yes, Jex Island Act 2 will be available AND YES, it's STILL for android, but main platform remains WINDOWS PC forever.
Have I prevented all of those annoying questions to come? Good. Now, the situation I'm in got much better, I'm back at using my PC, and I've been starting to work on Sonic J again, and this time with a LOT more free time.

Now please read this carefully:
0.2.4.2 is the LAST demo of the 0.2 series. After that, the entire project will be SCRAPPED. I've made a painful but necessary decision to re-make the game entirely from the ground up. As you can see a lot of players are feeling very uncomfortable with the physics, gameplay, as there are a LOT of annoying glitches I was unable to fix because I was using tutorials since the very beginning. So now, I've said, that's IT. I will make the game ENTIRELY by myself, with NO tutorials, which is what makes it enjoyable.
As you can see in the 2nd GIF above, This is how the physics will act like, in version 0.3.0. With the glorious help of Sonic Retro's physics guide, I've been able to make Classic-accurate physics by my own. It turned out great, but there's still a lot more stuff to do.
Then why am I working on v0.2.4.2 as well, you may ask?
Because I do not want to leave you guys in the dark.
