I have added new effects for when the ghost takes damage, gets repaired or kills a passenger. :)
Fixed: With one of the previous updates the "Open exit" function was broken, so you could not skip the current level for 2000$ anymore.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
