Fixed the broken setup file!
Also i have included a serperate version of the exe that runs on different, slower but more widely supported rendering method. By default the game will fall back to canvas2d if webgl is not supported but this can be useful to get around any errors that may occur.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
