V1.7.0 Release Date (And More)

Been a while, yeah?

Project Fredbear Reboot V1.7.0 is just about 99.9% done! (We're waiting for the release date until we drop it, and also in case if there's any last minute changes needed to be done)

Huh? Did you hear release date? Right!

Update 1.7.0 is planned to come out on October 31st this year!

Here's a small list of what to expect:

  • Game Launcher has been removed, starting up the .exe file will boot you directly into the game.

  • The main menu design is done and finished and completed! (that means the same thing i think.)

  • An option menu has been added both in the main menu and game pause menu. (Changes are done instantly, feel free to tweak it as you please!)

  • Freddy is fixed! (oh no) He will no longer get stuck and can finally chase you down forever. (A README text file comes with the game and explains the animatronics' mechanics, including freddy's. Please refer to that in order to beat him.)

  • The player now spawns at a random location in the map.

  • Partial controller support! Because why not?

  • Several fixes along with better performance.

And that's all i'm willing to say, which is most of what the update has to offer. We'll proceed to work on Story Mode as well as adding achievement support.

See you guys on Halloween.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
