Fixed an issue where the camera shortcut buttons wouldn't affect Phantom BB
Slowed down Bonnets walking speed
Adjusted Mangle's slowdown to be even more forgiving
The wet floor sign and controlled shock now have a small delay before they can be clicked if Withered Bonnie lowered the monitor
Extended how long the Minireenas wont spawn after Withered Bonnie lowers the monitor.
