v3.0.0 - Maintenance Zone update + SCP-023 introduction!


Full changelog:

- Rework existing Maintenance zone (room3_pit will be temporarily removed)

- Add modified SCP: SL pre-14.0 rooms as an easter egg for Maintenance Zone. (you need to input seed, that contains "sl" keyword or be lucky)

- Reduce human classes and SCP-347 size to fit into a new Maintenance Zone

- Really add an ability to disable music

- SCP-023 containment chamber in Maintenance Zone (both regular and SL version)

- SCP-023 NPC + task.

- Added disarmer for SCP-914 craft (unusable, need to refine cube on Very Fine).

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
