• Distrust Angela will now do a funny dance if you Taunt her. There is now a 1 in 100 chance for you to see her house.

• Sudden Changes Sans now dons a top hat. He has a 1 in 10 chance of doing the Coffin Dance every turn.

• Angry Sans is now Depressed Sans. You have to stop him from hurting himself by running into his attacks, which will heal you now instead of dealing damage.

• Mettaton NEO will now become a HUMAN! That's right, we're not playing around here.

• Genocide Toriel will now hug you forever.

• Undyne The True Undying now has a Touhou mode! Yeah, this is harder than FDY and that is saying something.

• Dustbelief Papyrus now has all 5 phases!

• Bad Time Trio will separate and now you have to fight them all individually.

• Duztrust now has a Netherite sword.

• Undertale Last Breath is now Undertale First Breath.
