Version 0.2.0

This version focuses on a big graphical overhaul and other quality improvements.

Visual:

  • Player hand model changed for future third person implementation. (Will be changed again in the future).

  • Beam generators replaced by new grill generators.

  • Deadly ground now actually looks threatening (and it's lava) :)

  • New animated shader for Puzzle Cube disintegration.

  • Better shading in all levels due to the addition of baked lighting.

  • New animated shader for screens.

  • Camera bobbing effect has been revised again.

  • Some wall areas now stick out as a platform.

  • Added a screen effect. Noticeable when looking at a light.

  • DBAI model was slightly changed for optimizations.

  • Glass is now more perceptible and has stripes.

Gameplay

  • Added an arrow indicator to help in the start of the tutorial level.

  • Some levels layout changed slightly to match the new features.

Audio

  • Added music to the main menu (made by Tom4nt).

  • Changed step sounds.

UI

  • Removed texture resolution setting due to lack of compatibility with the new graphics. (Probably to be added again in the future).
