Version 0.3.1 and what to expect next


Hey there!

We’ve made a few changes on this minor update from 0.3.0 to 0.3.1:

  • Added Twitter link on the title screen

  • The campaign-screen does now display the name of the World and the stage youre actually on.

  • Bugfix for Firefox where some content wasn’t displayed.

What to expect next:

We could gather some feedback recently and want to decide what we should integrate into GDC next. There are some things we totally would like to integrate next. We’re just not sure at what position we should put those following features into our pipeline:

  • Tutorial (Video or Playable)

  • A new Gamemode which will be called something like ‘King of the Hill’. Player will be able to face a Bot there with a totally random deck. The deck will be randomly constructed on every new game. This bot will have increased life after every time the player managed to defeat him. Difficulty will raise linear and so the rewards will! Each new victory means you will get the amount of coins from the last victory +1.

  • Avatars for players

  • A global chat

  • A global Status display, that displays progress of players to everyone whos on the title screen.

All those features will come sooner or later, but you can decide which one is the most important for you. Just leave a comment and tell us what you think!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
