changed audio on/off settings to audio volume settings
New gamepad mappings on Android, Mac, and Windows. On Android the game does a check to see if the gamepad is already mapped. No new mappings on Linux on this version.
added backwards compatibility to save export/import on Android older than 4.4
other improvements and bug fixes
