Fixed a bug where Ludd would evade his own reload when he's downed, causing him to have less SP than intended and therefore can't use any team or trauma attacks

i was following the hopeful style really closely with biggie and richie without really improving upon it, plus they just looked bad in general
as for knocked down ludd...no idea, i used up all my spriting power on his normal sprite
i've been reminiscing about this mod a lot, i guess that shows how much i'm proud of it.
anyway, here's a little joke that never made it outside of the contest server, made really early in development as you can see from the sprites.
