Here we go, starting with the additions/improvements.

This mode really shakes up the experience, all guns, medpacks and coins are removed and in order to survive you have to kill for loot, this mode adds some extra surprises too.
- Extra layer of parallax added to each leve 
Lot's of work has gone into adding more layers into each level to give a much better feeling of depth
