Loading...in the running state, you can preform a backjump by holding the opposite direction you're facing and then jumping, similar to the slingshot tech from smash ultimate
when preforming the sword dash (which you can jump cancel) the game still thinks you're in the running state, so you can preform a back jump during the attack and into your midair attack
also i got short hopping working
