Considering Hecate (the basis for Hecatia) is a goddess of the moon, and Apollo is a god of the sun, then two characters in my headcanon, Jane (an OC in my Touhou AU fangame series who is an embodiment of Apollo (in the game)) and Mettaton EX (the reason why I add him in my fangame's fanon is that he is the inspiration for Jane, and since he and Jane are both robots, then they would be a perfect match in fanon) surely suits the theme. One is wary about her tremendous powers and tend not to use it despite having many fans due to her performances and everyone loves her for her cute appearance, singing voice, and altruism, but she never brags about what she've got, while the other is always seen boasting about everything he got and have many fans, but some of his employees despise him.

Ahhh... Jane and Mettaton is like the sun and the moon... One is colored blue and the other is colored pink, one does not brag about themselves while the other extensively brags about themselves, one is from the above ground and the other is from the underground, one is identified as a female while the other is identified as a male,... So, I reserve Pandemonic Planet to Mettaton, and The Wheel of Fortune Turning Over for Jane, as to fit with their backgrounds.
