The ghosts! They're minibosses who linger around the abandoned city pestering Frisk during their adventure, their theme is out as a teaser:

The album is based upon the HOME (Ruins) section of the story and features fully new tracks, not just old tracks remastered.
The release date will be announced properly at a later date. Current expected release is late December to February 2026.
