Overall Updates

Overall, we finished one nightmare and are close to finishing the Clown Motel. We have also added a new hand model with new animations, a flashlight, made UI improvements, did more grabbable objects and implemented a new door technology!

In detail

Mannequin Nightmare

Basically, we made a procedural button using editable variables for the references of the levers you will need to use to activate the button and then escape.

After that, as the warehouse and the other rooms at the back looked dark and empty we added props to the warehouse and a flashlight therefore you will have a better experience exploring the map.

New Hand Model

We now got a new and improved hand model!

It may not sound much at first glance. But now you have a realistic hand model instead of the old default Mannequin hand models. Therefore you can feel more like you are living the horror. Which is simply the aim of our game being a VR game.

Our Future Plans

In the next few weeks, we are going to finally finish the Clown Motel nightmare while continuing to expand our team.

And we normally wouldn't ask this. but as we are putting so much effort and time to this game. We want to have something in back. So please if you are able to, share our game with other people.
