Welcome, everyone, to dev-log #2!
I was originally planning to save this update for next week, but the progress we’ve made is just TOO EXCITING not to share right now!
First and foremost, a huge thank you to all of you for your incredible support! Your enthusiasm and encouragement are what keep us going.
Now, let's dive into the juicy details of what’s been happening:
Progress Update:
Tiles and Environments: We’ve got MOST of the tiles completed for the Ruins area. The environment is shaping up nicely and really starting to come together.
Enemy Sprites and Battle Animations: We’ve finished battle sprites for three enemies so far: Sans, Flowey, and another character we’re keeping under wraps for now. The animations are looking great!
Music: We currently have two songs in the works, and they should be ready by the weekend. Keep your ears peeled—you might get a chance to hear one of them if you’re lucky! 😉
Story and Dialogue: The story is progressing well, with dialogue already set for Sans and (...do you forget our deal?) We’re excited about how the narrative is shaping up.
Enemy Attack Patterns: We’re almost done with the enemy attack patterns, although the enemy sprites are still a work in progress. We’re making sure to get everything just right.

A big thank you to SystemCorrupted, who’s been working tirelessly on the game. We keep urging him to take breaks and get some rest, but his dedication to making our game amazing is truly inspiring. Thanks, SystemCorrupted—please remember to take care of yourself and avoid burnout!
