Game
Five Nights at Chris Pratt

Well, it's been a couple weeks since my last post, and I've been making progress! Curious about what's going on? I am too! (I'm not actually, I already know)

So here is what has been happening with Five Nights at Chris Pratt.

There are a few things I want to touch on, those being updates, testing, and changes being made to the game.

Gamejolt - As some of y'all may have seen, I've updated the Gamejolt page. I'm actually quite happy with how everything turned out and I think it looks nice.

Game Release? - Throughout the games life I've given it 3 different release time frames. Sorry to say, but this current one won't happen (Will be elaborated on later on in the post). I've learned quite a bit from this game and I've been having a blast with it. I don't want to give myself any deadlines as I want this to be the best it can be for a troll game. Instead of should, I'm gonna say hopefully. So, hopefully I can release it by the end of November

Changes/Updates - You may be wondering why I doubt the end of October deadline won't happen, here is why. Mainly I haven't really had the time or motivation to work on the game. I enjoy just cruising through things at my own pace, and when I give myself a deadline, it doesn't help, it just makes me not want to work on it.

Also, I've been adding so many little changes and fixing lots of things up. I want the game to feel smoother and give the player a better experience. Some characters, namely Emmet, were so horrible to go against, so I've completed recoded how he functions to make him feel more fair to play against. Obviously it needs more testing, but as of now, the player feels more at fault rather than the AI.

I've been working on cleaning everything up because some of my code sucks. This should clean it up for me working on it, and should lower the chances of bugs appearing because of my weirdly long and complex code.

There are also new things I've been trying and testing out, and I want to take the opportunity to try out new things, so when I work on a bigger game, I am able to more easily implement these things if they work out nicely.

Game Reviews? - I've had a couple testers, so far the game has pretty positive feedback. I've been working on some of the bugs and adding new ideas to the game (in fact, the code cleaning came from an idea that when I tried to code it, I had no idea what I coded). I will get it tested more after I improve a lot of things to hopefully give y'all a nice enjoyable Chris Pratting!

That's all I really have to say. Longest post I've made for this game, and probably will remain that way. If I remember, I'll give y'all another update before the game releases, even if that is a release date.
