what happened to the game?

hello everyone. this is paul

I just wanted to say that development of the game has been temporarily put on hold for now. why, you may ask?

I'm very, very busy with other things at the moment as well as trying to cope with other stuff such as mental health and helping a friend of mine with something. but don't worry! - the game isn't cancelled. if you're wondering about the last teaser, the next update of the game will be a night 3 demo, with the revamped HUD, cameras and new minigame, but also some revamped phone calls since I felt like the ones I had made before don't really match up to what I had in mind.

I still need the VA for the phone guy to send in the recordings for the calls but he hasn't responded to me yet (likely since he's busy with things of his own atm) but once he does, I'll replace the old calls with the new ones and make some final adjustments. then I should be good to go

and if you're wondering about the discord server, it'll be opened sometime this week. hopefully. I may not be able to respond to all questions you might be asking me about the game since I am very busy.

hoping you all understand, until next time -paul

alright. time to get myself into gear and finish version 1.5; hopefully before the end of the year. and i mean it!

here's a new raichu image for the game's main menu to replace the old one I made waaayyy back at the start of development (in the 2nd image)

new supply closet camera is done; here it what it looks like in-game. I've also remodelled some parts of the camera map a little bit if you couldn't tell, just so it's slightly more consistent with the size of the rooms

Earliest in-dev gameplay footage of AHaR...?

The Poopet

new versions of the main characters' images i did a while ago. I may upload these to deviantart but they will appear in the extras menu of v1.5!

revamped party area camera is finally done. here's what it looks like in-game!

all that's left is the arcade camera and I'll be done, then I can move on to adding the final adjustments to version 1.5

now time to revamp the party area camera

if you're wondering how I do this, I model the room in roblox studio, take a screenshot once finalised and then trace over the image. not the most preferable method but I do it because I am very bad at perspectives

They need you. 🐥

revamped party area is almost done - here I used GIMP to place the pokémon images on the walls using the program's unified transform tool. I'm going to draw some new images next to where natu and hoothoot are, just to fill in the empty spaces
