Yet another fnaf fan game, but this one’s being made as a learning project first and foremost. Everything is built with respect for the original games, using the same tools, but updated slightly in tone and presentation. Like the originals, the focus is on tension, atmosphere, and simple mechanics rather than overcomplication. Long-term, the goal is to stay true to what made fnaf work while experimenting with a few new ideas inspired by the movie. Obviously this isn’t trying to be a genre-defining project, especially as it’s my first ever fnaf game. Working within limitations is part of the process, and that’s where most of the creativity comes from.
Right now the project is small, focused, and still taking shape. Anyone with experience, interesting ideas, or a desire to get involved is welcome to reach out. Bouncing ideas around and collaborating is something I’m open to if it helps make the game better. Building this is as much about learning the craft as it is about the final result. I want to give updates on my progress as I'm going as well as screenshots of the game.
Thoughts, feedback, and suggestions are always welcome.
