So, long story short, IBISPAINTX randomly decided to ‘reindex’ all my art (reorganizing them) cuz of the storage on my phone. I didn’t want them to this, but they did it anyway. All my chronological digital art was RUINED and I could hardly find the things I need. I decided to remove the app and reinstall it, thinking it would fix the issue and undo the stuff it did. But I was wrong. I had no cloud save nor account for IBIS, so guess what happened? All my work was permanently deleted.

I am forced to go in my photo gallery and find the screenshots of older artworks. They are all gone. I can’t even make edits, or continue other things I was doing.

I now have an account and cloud save. But for what cost?
