Windows Version + Publishing Difficulties

I originally intended Gaps to be a phone app which is why the game was near completion months ago but not released to the public.

However, I’ve been having difficulty exporting an iOS version of the game from GameMaker: Studio, so I created a computer version, trying my luck with Windows.

It features a horizontal layout instead of vertical, as shown in the sample images on this website, and a few other touch-ups that’ll be available to the phone version including an updated app thumbnail and a larger “how to play” button (instead of just a question mark off to the side so that new users can figure out the game easier).

If anyone knows how to export GameMaker: Studio games to the Windows App Store (through a developer submission), please let me know! I’ve been running into a ton of difficulties and can’t find any tutorials online that have worked for me so far.

Another house i made long time ago.

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
