With the recent release of the Waterfall Encounter, we decided that the previous reference art we had for it was very outdated, so here's a nice remake that @NeonAnimates_ is working on!!!

stuff i did (papyrus base is 100% finished with all expressions made for it too, just needs to be dustbelief-ified) also ignore that old disbelief sprite i used it as height reference
papyrus is getting a much needed v3 of his sprite, this is still a heavy wip though. (before you ask, he's mad because I drew it while listening to the wip of final encounter's first phase and it inspired me)
