Does anyone know or remember LittleBigPlanet's Team Picks?
Basically what it is, team picks are community levels that are selected by the developers for their epic creativity and design. I always thought that was cool and wanted my level team picked but that never happened...
Anyway, why I'm bringing this up is because I wanted to do something like that for my website called Studio Picks đź’–.
It's a bit different from Team Picks, but how my version works is someone applies to have their game on my website, and I'll review it. If I approve, I'll send a follow up email and show them that their game is up on my website.
Now, I know you guys will probably have some questions about this so I'll answer the ones I think you'll ask.
Q: What is the reason for this?
A: The reason I'm doing this is to help their game get promotion and recognition.
Q: If my game is up on your website, does that mean you now own my game?
A: Nope! I don't own your game. All I'm doing is giving your game a visibility boost.
Q: If my game is an NSFW game, can it still be on your site?
A: No.
Q: What if I don't want my game on your site anymore?
A: Just send me an email, and I'll remove it from my site. Easy as that!
