Unfortunately I made them a bit bigger then the originals so I don't know about modding them...

One fave #CoOpMemory is when I made the sentinels angry on @RedChu 
's home planet when he was just starting No Man's Sky, and we hid underground for safety, but they decided to shoot us through the ground anyway because of some random multiplayer glitch.
