I decided to draw the Grinch's pet dog. I wasn't sure which one to draw, but I figured I draw this one where he's looking down at Whoville thinking all the fun activities they're doing.
Toontober Day 16 - The Cat in the Hat
Days 16-18 are gonna be focusing on Dr. Seuss characters. I figured I draw the Cat in the Hat. :)
