● Kolossos Runspeed 50 > 52

● If Block missed CD lowered from 30s to 27s(hit is 20)

● Charge CD is lowered from 25s to 22s

so sobii just showed us how jet the hawk would look like in outcome memories, honestly i don't want jet to be in the game, what would he even do?

faker/exe and 2017x won't be playable in outcome memories anymore, which are really sad news, 2017x was literally supposed to be in 0.3 as a playable character alongside shadow, and faker, we knew about him having a beast form but that was it i think
