How Dani comforts people in storms:

By biting your face off after thunder rolls through.

And the weird thing is, I’m scared by the thunder and the lightning, and she is completely unbothered until and nice strong thunder comes through. And THEN she bites.

Me talking about why I’m still fascinated with the things that scare me, aka thunderstorms.

The difference between that and where I am now is the severity that can they can be. Where I used to live, it was only and EF 1 and it didn’t do much other than attack the gas station roof. Here, Tornado Alley is KNOWN for bad tornadoes and scary weather

One thing that I’ve not grown up with is being used to severe weather like this. Back where I used to live, me and my family slept through an unwarned tornado that tore apart the gas station near us. It didn’t do any bad damage but it’s enough to scare u
