Guess who I based off theses 3 characters in fallout 4. (all them are friends of my that are on gamejolt)

I am confused, so I started a no modded save file and when I got the pip boy the color change mod seems to be "activated" which doesn't make it disable achievements becuase I have it disabled. Is this normal? (Fallout 4 on Xbox btw)
