My persona, who is heavily inspired by Fallout! He's based off of my Fallout 4 character.

I am confused, so I started a no modded save file and when I got the pip boy the color change mod seems to be "activated" which doesn't make it disable achievements becuase I have it disabled. Is this normal? (Fallout 4 on Xbox btw)
