Since there was a Fallout: New Vegas NCR Ranger in the workshop in loadout.tf and Engineer's Pip-Boy. I thought, why not recreate those characters from that game.

I'm making a fallout new Vegas mod that makes doc Michal's house look more like a vault and he now has a friend Zach unvoiced right now but you know. Tell me if it looks nice
