Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Punkert the only (possibly, it's questionable) Joy Boy who we see mutate (aside from Buzzo himself)? Do you think that's an oversight on Dingaling's part, or do they actually just avoid using their own product?

I'm scouring wikis and playthrough videos for as much info on the Joy Boys as possible and I noticed an inconsistency:
