questions in Lucid Explorer

I'm trying to get custom videos to work on the latest update but I'm unsure how to.

(A suggestion:

I feel there should be a bug report channel added to the community page so the questions channel isn't just filled with me letting you know about the error messages lol)

I think the server needs to be restarted, as the game's giving me that error message again.

I am currently unable to log into the game. Attempting to do so gives me this error message.
