Help in TurboWarp

So, in the current game I'm making, I'm trying to do an overlay for the screen. The sprite is transparent and you can't click anything through it. Any ideas on how I can work around/fix this?

does anyone have an idea how i could make a map as big as in prison architect for example. If I made that many clones it will be slow. I would have to combine them somehow but I don't know how and I don't know any extension to combine clones

Hey does anyone know how to turn this into an EXE. I mean the Five Nights at Morilix07's application is an EXE but I heard if you remove it from the folder it doesn't work anymore.
