Reworking Running & Boosting

I also decided to name the ingame units to Gizmeters cuz why not?

I also decided to name it that because of one of my dog's name's being Gizmo

Before you say anything, yea I know TW already has a built in Tween extention, but when I use it with the project, it makes it run a lot slower since it's running on it's own loop, so I have to make my own one in engine, but this site is a lifesaver

Yes I'm using a spreadsheet for this, this is how serious I'm getting when I pull out Excel
