what i think: dess is in that bunker you find at the church, when you go down you'll find the red door, and idk but I'm pretty sure you hear gaster noises like on Kris's phone
with the snowgrave victims being described as statues i wouldnt pass up the fact that this is probably a dead frisk

Fan theory: ok so what if ralsei is not Kris’s red head band but his Kris’s sweater
