Haven't worked on it yet but i will soon, just one question. Should I make moveable eyes for my Jasper T. Jowls mask?

I have actually found a new hobby recently and that hobby is making masks. I'm working on a Chuck-E-Cheese mask for Jasper T. Jowls. (sorry for all the tape, I don't have actual things that would work for it.) I will work on it more soon :)
