should I try and post more often instead of big bursts?

I just did a "all-nighter" for 3 days straight. I'm so fucking stupid for attempting this. I did it and results? I said my sleep schedule was cooked before but man there isn't even a fucking sleep schedule anymore😭

How am I going to wake up at 5am again?😭
